This 61 year old had a breast augmentation and a lift in 1991 and presented complaining of drooping breasts and desiring an implant exchange. At surgery it was discovered that her left implant was ruptured. Her post operative picture was taken one month after implant exchange, pocket revision, and breast lift. Augmentation was performed with Allergan 330 cc SRM silicone gel implants.
