This 33 year old female underwent a transaxillary breast augmentation but reported that from the beginning, her left implant rested high on the chest wall. She tolerated this for years but subsequently developed breast pain and tightening. She is shown one month after implant exchange, capsulectomy, and breast lift. She also had Galaflex implanted as a surgical bra. Her 300 cc saline implants were replaced Allergan Natrelle Inspira 445 cc SRM implants
