37 year old who presented 8 years after breast augmentation with progressive asymmetry and the desire for larger implants. Her left implant was immobile consistent with a capsular contracture, while her right had a tendency to move towards the underarm when she laid down. She is shown 1 month after implant exchange with revision of the implant pockets with removal of the left capsule,. At surgery, the left implant was found to be ruptured. 405 cc implants were replaced with Mentor 545 cc smooth moderate high xtra gel implants.
