This 28 year old is shown 3 months after a breast augmentation with vertical breast lift (matopexy). She presenting complaining of drooping and deflation after pregnancy and nursing one child. Her augmentation was performed with Mentor 325 cc smooth round moderate plus profile xtra silicone gel implants.
