This 43 year old mother of 2 complained that her breasts were too large, droopy, and heavy. She suffered from neck pain, back pain, and bra strap grooving, all relieved by her breast reduction. Because her tissue quality had permitted such notable descent of her breast, the decision was made to reinforce her reduction by placing a Galaflex internal bra to extend the longevity of her lift. Her post operative images were taken 1 month after surgery.
